Serving as a prelude to the virtual season starting on Saturday, Jason Chapman's virtual equivalent led his team to victory to lift the inaugural SCC T20 Tournament!
Defending just 110 in the final, an almighty collapse from Nathan Derrick's side with 8 wickets falling for just 34 runs resulted in success for Chapman's Chargers.
Chapman himself ended as top scorer for the tournament amassing an impressive 101 runs across 3 innings. 2nd team opener Jonathan Blow scored the only 50 of the day for Chapman's team in the opening fixture.
5th team opening bowler Luke Allen took an impressive 11 virtual wickets throughout the day, including a hat-trick in the final by removing Chapman, D Mankani and Brettel in successive balls. Nikhil Krovvidi returned the best figures on the day, taking 4 wickets in one 4 over spell whilst conceding just 7 runs.
SCC legend Dave Carr was as electric as always behind the stumps, taking 3 stumpings in just 2 games.
